Wonder if Carol Alt is going with him ?

Pretty funny that Cash-in Yashin is being paid by the Isles while he plays in Russia.

Yash,

I know it didn't work out on LI. Having worked around you for a few years, I appreciate your attitude and accountability and wanted to point out your personal qualities.

Now, go to Russia, and live it up.
Peace.

ill never fully understand what went wrong with this guy. he was great the first season, but just could NEVER shake his reputation of not giving 100% all the time, and it really appeared that way. Its funny cus even with that when you look at his stats and figure in his injuries and games missed...the guy STILL put up good numbers...easily comparable to people like chris drury, if not better, so i can kinda see why he feels he deserves more money. Yash you baffle me.

The islanders are such a joke its not funny, they buy out yashin so they can have more cap room, then 5 days later the cap gets increased league wide by 5 million, then free agency starts and nobody wants to be an islander, so now the isles will play way under the cap, and will still be paying yashin not to play when he would have been the perfect 2nd line center for the team....only the islanders, the mickey mouse operation that they are could mess this up so bad.

Addition by subtraction.

I wish Yashin well, but glad he's not an Islander

So we'll still be feeling the affect of him until 2015. Awesome.

Daily Horoscope for December 28

Pisces

This is another good day to be tactful, and if anything you'll be even more successful than you were yesterday. This is not to be sneezed at, so seize the opportunity to talk to people who can sometimes be very touchy or who need to be handled with kid gloves. If you meet someone who's older or more influential than you, you'll be a big hit with them.
