Tired with same old harping on Vokoun.
Martin said..Vokoun said...and 0-3 we're losing and out the race.
There's nothing he can do when every player in the team knows that Weiss and Horton are paid so much for so little.
Trade !

Congrats Tomas on a well earned trip to the All Star Game. It's a shame that your talents and desire to make the playoffs are wasted on this team full of unmotivated losers. Hopefully you will be able to get out of your contract after this season, or get traded, and play for a real team that has a legitimate chance next season.

Panthers started sliding downward when Cory Murphy got injured. He controls the puck and hits a teammate with a perfect pass almost every time. Magnus Johanssen fills a void but he is not even close to Murphy in quarterbacking the play.

For the first time in years we have an identity. we are that 3-1 team with solid gaoltending, rushing defense and 2 man forechecking. Not unsumuliar to the devils of the 90s..

I'm not sure the goaltending is all that solid. Vokie gave up four on Saturday. The team played hard in front of him, but four goals against is frequently a loss.

I think that the Panthers should keep Anderson past the trade deadline and risk losing him in free agency. They won't get fair value for him. Better to keep him in case Vokoun doesn't break out of his spotty play.

Pick one name dude and stick to it.

Yes h is worth 6mil, after luongo we needed a top tier goalie, and although very week first half i am confident he will have a better one.

The bigger issue is Jaybo...and since we are 8 yrs from the playoffs we need to keep him even though hes gone at years end....

we'll see if JM can muster some magic now. Jay B is arguably the team's best player. He won't stay due to years of mediocre team results, so I can't blame him for wanting some post season play, but if he is leaving for sure, JM must find a quality player. Let's see if the front office has the same grit the players have shown recently

Keeping Bowmeester and getting nothing for him is a huge mistake. This team as it is probably won't go deep into the playoffs as it is (we lack great goaltending unless Anderson gets it together. Vokoun is mediocre at best)... Bouwmeester is worth a solid player, a prospect and a number one. He plays 1/4 of the minutes of our entire defense in a game, so losing him would be huge, losing him for nothing is unacceptable.
