Panthers' Zednik (elbow) out "weeks, not days"

Panthers winger Richard Zednik suffered ligament damage in his elbow during Monday's game against the Carolina Hurricanes and will be out indefinitely, coach Pete DeBoer confirmed Tuesday.

Zeddy is a fighter who came back from a near fatal injury suffered last season. He is a gritty tough player and I hope he comes back soon. He hustles and fights for the puck, and I like watching him play. I hope he gets back real soon.

Yes, I hope that Zednick is back in the lineup soon. The Panthers need him. And all of us real fans love Zednick. He is one tough dude and a good hockey player. |
