Who will Rangers shoot for as free agency begins?

Full story: Newsday

In many ways, today could be a crossroads for the post-lockout Rangers. With about $22 million to spend under next season's salary cap when the NHL free-agent market opens today at noon, the front office could ...

Get rid of Jagr! Get rid of Shanahan - GIVE THE $$$ YOU SAVE TO AVERY, YOU STUPID CHIT, SATHER! Avery has done WAY MORE than those other 2 to make the Rangers good again, and

Goodbye to all of them. Unfortunately the reputation and awe for playing for the BlueShirts is going to end this Free Agency. I predict no major signings and a very youthful team this year.

Impossible. Even if the Rangers had not reached the 2nd Rd of the playoffs and were a last place team they would still draw big UFA's (as they always have and will) We're talking about the Rangers You may be thinking about the Islanders. Big name UFA's have actually taken less money to play for the Rangers rather than on LI ie: Chris Drury

Wow only three comments on this article from Rag fans I guess you're all too busy worrying about the Islanders and comenting on their board rather than be concerned with your own team. Typical..tisk tisk

I think glen Sather should be fired. I think he thinks he is still with Edmonton. I don't think that he has the best interest for the team. I know I am not a General Manager for a NHL team so I don't know the insides of the an NHL team should be run however do the Ranger Nation have to wait another 50 years for another Stanley cup. I mean the Devils since '94 won 2 cups & the wings won 4 cups. I love the Rangers & I want Sather to be fired. Do you think Sather would survive if Steinbrenner was the owner?

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Pisces

Someone is in a very boisterous mood today, and you may want to make yourself scarce after a short spell in their company. Their idea of a joke may be your idea of extreme rudeness, or they could take pleasure in being argumentative just for the sake of it. Don't let this person wind you up or you'll go off pop through sheer tension.
