Other teams picked it up in the last few weeks of the regular season and the playoffs and left us in the dust. Mike Richards admitted the team thought they could coast through the playoffs. This team lacks a professional mindset and the young stars have a reputation for partying too much. Ray Emery fights his teammates, snorts coke, and admits he's been pulled over 30 times by the cops.
JUST SAY NO.

Well...from what i've read on csnphilly.com and other sites, the Flyers are planning to sign him on July 1st, as their starting goalie. Cap wise, it's better than having Biron, because the Flyers hold all the cards, given Emery's past, so they'll only have to pay him around 1.25M for a 1-year deal. If he acts up, he's gone. So, while it's a risky move considering Emery's past, the Flyers also would be holding the cards so they wouldn't have to worry about being tied up with another big salary. There's a chance that this could actually end up being a steal for the Flyers, as odd as that sounds...cause, talent wise, Emery is an upgrade over Biron...but he needs to be a team player and not pull the stuff he did up in Ottawa and in Russia.

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Virgo

It's okay to have high expectations, but try to keep in mind that no one can be all things to all people. As the Moon spends one last day in its current sign, it urges you to find a way to recognize others for their strengths, and forgive them their weaknesses. Virgoans' idiosyncrasies must look like strange quirks from the outside as well! Fate ties up the loose ends towards the end of the day.
