Despite loss, Rangers hold playoff position

Check the final standings Genius and last time i checked the Islanders only miss once the playoff in the last 6 seasons of the NHL wheres has the Rangers before last year where out of the playoff for 7 years straight, Rangers knows golf much better.

The Islanders made the playoff this year despite many injuries...DiPietro (one of the top 5 golies in the NHL) Radek Martinek (one of their top Offence D-man), Yashin (was having one of his best year before getting hurt in the middle of the season) Bruno Gervais, Joel Bouchard, Shawn Bates. If DiPietro wasnt hurt the Islanders would have finish in front of the Rangers and the Isles where in front of the Rangers before Rick getting hurt.....but Dubbie!!!! help out big time the Islanders, oh yea whos the Rangers number 2 goalie....Stephen Valiquette....Oh wow Good luck!.

Sean Avery is not the idiot ---you are-- for saying that. Rutuu is a waste of matter that barely plays 5 minutes of ice time with little/no talent....his antics flapping his wings is an embarassment for the NHL and should have been penalized. Avery was smart enough to ignore an idiot. Your dimWitt has performed on ice many a time like a complete moron, so don't be quick to judge. Sean Avery has talent so your comments are as ludicrous as you are and the laughable Icelanders.

Do you know theres about thousand and thousand of people laughing at that comment you made about Avery, this guy is an embarassment for the NHL with his tactics....always running into the Goalies (Like he did with Marty Brodeur and Rick DiPietro).
