Sadly, For all the glory Baby Luongo received while with the Panthers, they traded him for nothing and have the same numbers of points this season as last year. So much for Luongo winning games by himself.....

no more season tix for me next year i liked trade last year todd was what we needed but we did not keep him. we also did not give auld a chance to get in a groove and play well so we dont know where we stand with him so we end up, minus a all star in goal, and we have a backup in goal, a #3 defenceman, and a draft pick or two what a joke thay needed to resign todd b and we stand a chance at being a better team next year.

well you also have to consider that burtuzziis a free agent after tis season. i'm sure a few words were said and there is a chance we might pull a valeri bure and resign him in free agency. i agree he was what we needed, a guy who is not afraid to get in front of the net and make things happen, but i have a feeling we're gonna pull a valeri.

*were* the laughing stock. yesterday was about cleaning the slate, hitting the reset button... pick your metaphor.

the way keenan handled his assets here was a joke. the luongo trade was the punchline.

If Cohen doesn't allow Martin to use the $8 million he saved from losing Bert and Roberts, he is officially the cheapest and worst owner in South Florida pro sports history. That money should definitely go towards aquiring a solid netminder in the off season.

I'm still peeved to this day back when Cohen proclaimed to the press that the money we saved from Pavel Bure's $11 million dollar salary would be put to good use when in fact the salary total was reduced even further the following season. Does this guy not realize that you have to spend money to make money? What a putz.

Season tickets only make sense if game day tickets become scarce. Frankly, anything short of a Stanley Cup run, will not change the supply/demand ratio. I suggest you make Cohen earn your money by finally icing a decent team...

Let's hope it will happen in our lifetime.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Virgo

Words are flying around in all directions today, and the conversations will be fast and furious. You might face a lot of distractions and interruptions, or you could get caught up in some rather irritable slanging matches with a certain person. The busier you are, the more fraught you'll become and the more likely to go off the deep end.
