I think Mr. Lombardi is doing it the right way.
It will take some more time, but by 2009 the fourth year the Kings will have alot of their strength in place, the younger players will have learned how the management wants them to play, and they will have much more experience and confidence. I am very impressed how the overall roster has improved dramatically from two years ago. It's clear the plan was not to stop gap players and continue the same old plan of many years, struggling along without really achieving consistency. |
