Lupul scores two as Flyers snap skid

Full story: CourierPostOnline

But it's a better play than just burying my head. Even last year I knew I could score goals. But I take more pride being a complete player than a guy on a hot streak scoring a lot of goals. When the Flyers decided to trade defenseman Joni Pitkanen and left wing Geoff Sanderson to the Edmonton Oilers for defenseman Jason Smith and right wing Joffrey Lupul, they knew they were exchanging an ... via CourierPostOnline

Good win for the Flyers last night.
Biron looked strong, Lupul is heating up nicely, and Richards matches Clarkes home scoring streak.
The Leafs looked like they were decomposing (with the exception of Sundin, of course)
What's up with Blake though, a slump is one thing but now he's becoming a dangerous weapon against his own team!
With Toskala out for what looks like a while (The Marlies made a call up for another goalie to back up Pogge) the Leafs are in huge trouble. Clemmenson might come in and give them a good effort but it sure won't fix the complete lack of team defense or the fact the Leafs are playing with 7.5 million dollars of fourth line wings.
It's safe to say that any "interest" in Raysoft has dissapeared after last nights poor showing even though it sure wasn't his fault entirely.
Damien Cox hit it right, this team is a goner this season, look for the fix for next season.

Yes the leafs are in horrible shape.. I mean look they are tied with the hapless flys with 38 points... both teams should be disbanded and have someone new come in and start over... Toskala has the flu,so he could be out for three to four months... Raycroft is worth nothing on the trade market because he had a bad game after not playing for 2-3months... wow,you are so intelligent equatard
