IT"S NORMAL that a 36 year old won't fly at 100MPH the second night in a row- still you idiot can't you see he is piling assists or goals every night and is the best player to assist both Olesz and Zetnick. Trade Allen and Weiss !!! 6 assists in 14 games isn't exactly setting the world on fire. He has made some nice plays, but he has played lazy alot more often. Tied for 81st in the NHL, WOW you're right, Stumpy is an ASSIST MACHINE. And a -4. He's tied for 575th there. 3 goals ties him at 109th in the league. He's a keeper allright. Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life.

What I meant to write was:
I'm not sure what my "selective memory" issue is. What I said today was that they need to address the slackers. Reboundo blamed everybody except himself. That's the difference with Vokoun.

The Scurge wrote: <quoted text> Johnny your dead wrong about Booth and Peltonen. Both of these guys work hard every night and while it may not show up on the stat sheet they make a very big contribution to the team. Booth and Peltonen are amog the teams more persistant fore checkers (along with Greg Campbell) They consistantly harass the defense during the break outs causing bad passes and turnovers. Don't forget that Peltonen was responsible for Nathan Hortons goal on Friday. He out hustled the Carolina player and then set up Horton. Booth or Peltonen will never be top stars in the NHL but they are solid grinders who play way above their size. Our up and comming stars of the future(Norton , Weiss) need to look at the effort these guys put in and try to emulate them now!!!!! The last 2 games prove that I'm not dead wrong. Ville plays better atline 3, and maybe line 2.The team plays better with Booth at 4th. I still love the energy of both guys. This is a skills and execution issue, not a hustle issue.

If you read the PBPost , Carolina's GM Rutherford made a big issue of the false divings and penalties last week and they were hyped for the game as if was a Stanley final . NOw a second night after the Bufallo win-the Panthers had a decent effort after all....I would like some short handed effort to score not dump still-Ya hear Martin ?

Attack on the PK, is that what you are suggesting? Great job - you probably show the least amount of hockey sense and knowledge of just about anyone posting here!

We lost the game on special teams more than we did for "lack of effort." That's not what you were saying after the win in Florida. See ya in 7 days. Don't forget to have the media bring up the "diving" again, just for good luck. It worked the last time.

Same old Panthers. Lots of excuses, but nothing changes. Very sad.

Why did you move over here and not stay with the posts on the other site, where you were bad-mouthing Carolina so much? Is it the classic... can dish it out but can't take it? I hope not.
