If you calculate the actual ice time slater gets, his stats are as good as any. What I can't figure is why hartly hasn't even given him a chance on the powerplay when it seems anyone called up from Chicago gets unlimited chances. I've watched Slater all through college, and I can tell you, he's absolutely awesome. So, coach, give the kid a chance-I promise you, you won't be disappointed!
