If Danis keeps playing like he has the past 4 games, what will he do with MacDonald? or Dipietro ...this kid looks like he is really coming on, he's just getting better every game.

The only reason I want MacDonald to come back is I want the first overall pick. After this season the only way he should be at an Islander game is if he buys a ticket.

I suppose now that Okposo is scoring you will be trading him away right?

So far...so good. I am very proud to say as an Islander fan...these are good signs. Keep this line....hopefully we still finish in last and can build another line around Tavares. Maybe sign a guy or two during the off season and bring back Guerin and Weight and we might be a playoff contender next year. As bad as it was and is this season, we might be able to make a quick turn around if the rest of the pieces fall into place, regardless of the what the coliseum situation is.By the way...has anyone taken notice to Justin DiBenedetto, isles' draftee from last year. He's just 3 points away from Tavares for the OHL leading scorers. Not bad if we land Tavares. Might have ourselves a decent winger to play with him right there. Something to think about Garth...

Finishing last doesn't guarantee the 1st draft pick. It's a lottery draft!

That's simple. Start Danis until he gets cold. Right now is playing solid between the pipes. MacDonald becomes the back-up. DiPierto remains on the IR until next season.
