Full story: TwinCities.com

"We're not that good, it's that simple". Jacques statement pretty much sums up the situation. It's very obvious that this group won't get the job done, which is going deep in the playoffs, so Mr. Liepold start making plans for the future, starting with a new G.M.

Get rid the Wild. They suck just like the North Stars. Norm Coleman brought hockey back. Tear down the Xcel Energy Center.

Timberwolves rule.

T puppies don't hold a candle to the Wild, and at this point that's not saying much. Only hope for the immediate future is the Twins......oooooh my...

Quit going to the wild games if the front office is going to put a poor product on the ice, that will get their attention when their revenues dip.

I agree completely that a new GM is needed. It's pretty clear, though, that our fan / owner / fraud doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to make the call. This spells doom for this team. Say what you want about our coach FJL (you figure out what the 'F' stands for) getting what he can from the talent he has, but his inability to get this team prepared for an opponent regardless of the caliber of the opponent proves he doesn't have control of the room. Its happened each of the last three seasons. When we play, we're great. When we don't, we're brutal. That's coaching. Period.

I sure hope the boo birds were out in force at the game. It was warranted.

The Wild front office could not have picked a worse day to send out their season ticket renewal email.

Come over Jack. I can kick your ass right now. I want Norm Green to own the Wild & move then to Texas. Timberwolves are way better than the Wild.

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Capricorn

You're in an industrious mood but you'll be happiest if you can be left to your own devices as much as possible. It's not that you're feeling unfriendly, simply that you won't be able to concentrate very well if you're surrounded by lots of people. If you haven't even started writing your Christmas cards yet, try to remedy that at some point today.
