That was a great game, and it certainly seemed that the Rangers wanted it more, especially during the last 10 minutes of the game. With that said:
1) Gomez played one of the best third periods of playoff hockey I've seen in a while. That pass he made to Avery was sick. And I give credit to Avery for causing the neutral-zone turnover and then beating Brylin to the front of the net.
2) Classy, classy move by Shanahan to give the puck to Dawes on the empty-netter and let the kid score his first playoff goal.
3) Lundqvist brought his "A" game and made several key stops on the power play and when the game was tied at 1.
I must add, though:
Dino, what "continuing dynasty" are you talking about exactly? Did the Rangers turn into the 1961 Yankees when we weren't paying attention? Just thought I'd ask.
Looking forward to Game 2.

Gotta give it to Wolf for Tenacity if nothing else.

Great game, Broduers flubbing the clearing attempt and Callahan scoring took the Debbies down a notch.

Henrik was great, and so were the kids.

Same as yesterday, Rangers in 5.

Cancer

You may not be privy to every little thing that's going on around you, but so what? Crabs can't always be in control, but you don't need to feel insecure, either. Thanks to your electronic devices, you appear to be a little godlike to those who don't have the same access as you do at the moment. Just make sure that you memorise the important stuff in case the system goes down.
