Toronto Maple Leafs: Why GM Brian Burke Should Avoid Free Agency

Hi out there. Just want to express my opinion...... Based on the leafs proformance.... One word YUCK!!! Season after season we keep having Our hopes faded out thanx to our inexpansive players and yet I'm still a fan.... Y? I don't know..... This team needs some major improvement. Here r some tips for the GM....... Send some of these young punks back to the miners..... Be couse that's how they r playing like GARBAGE!!!!!!!! Wht the GM needs to do is put some veterans on tht team tht have talent...... If they want to get anywhere.... Now it will be the seventh season tht the leafs don't make the playoffs..... Prety freakn sad if you ask...... And with tickets prices rocketing through the roof for a team that hasnt made playoffs for a long time..... SAD SAD SAD....... GM get off your ass and start spending the money on getting some decent players. Instead of having a bunch of slowpokes out there.......... Couse of now here is Wht the leafs stand for laughing, entertainment, after, forty, seasons!!!!!!!!!! Pretty freakn sad!!!!!!!!!!

STOP buying tickets, STOP tuning in to the games, STOP buying merchandise! Only then will you see changes. Wake up and smell the coffee. This year as a Leaf fan starting January I STOPPED tuning in to the games. Seeing as I live in the Philly area, I had not one but TWO chances to see this team play live and chose NOT to pay to see them play, I STOPPED watching this team come the end of January, STOPPED paying for the site I use to watch them play. THE REASON THIS TEAM IS AN EMBARRASSMENT IS BECAUSE OF THE FANS WHO SIT THERE AND ALLOW FOR THIS TEAM TO BE MISMANAGED DATING ALL THE WAY BACK TO BALLARD.

I am DISGUSTED with the management of this franchise. I do NOT want Burke doing anything this summer with free agency because he has screwed up this team ENOUGH. I want him GONE by draft day!

Also, let me make this clear, not only did I stop watching the games in January, I will NOT be watching this team next year either or until they give me a reason to START watching them again. I want change, I want BETTER management, and I'm not going to be abused by this team any more. You want my support? Get off your collective fucking ass and EARN IT cause you will no longer on my end just "get support-" you already have enough of it and then some.
