Guess I was wrong about the Rangers...looks like their luck and the bias officials will indeed continue into the post-season. If the third period doesn't convince you people that the NHL is bias towards the Rangers, then you are truly blind and stupid. I've been watching hockey for 15 years and have NEVER seen an official "forget" that a team is on the pk. Then they let Rosival get away with an obvious and intentional cross-check. The list goes on. Let's not forget the fluke goals that the Rangers have been getting (including the one where Brodeur forgot he was playing hockey in the 1st game). They throw the puck at the net, it his 15 different things, and somehow winds up past Brodeur. As for last night, would the Devils have socred again without the bias calls? Probably not, but the refs made sure there would be no chance of that since it does happen. And Lungfish has not been as good as people make him out to be. He was beaten 4 times game 1 (3 posts) and wasn't really challenged that much in game 2. He will be praised for something his defense and his friends in stripes are doing for him.

What are you kidding, another Flukey goal? What game did you see, both goals were legitimate. Who did you consult with Chico Resch?

Hey Bender you have watched hockey for 15 years then you should know that shooting at the net makes alot of different things happen, yes sometimes even a goal! Oh and bad officiating and hitting goal post even happened 15 years ago.

To bad for the Ranger fans, getting their hope up thinking the have a shot after this round. This series lacks intensity from both teams. Neither team will survive the next round. The Devils lack the hitting and desire they had with Stevens and Daneyko. The last two games seam like the regular season and the Rangers defense system will not work against the firepower of Pittsburgh/Montreal or Washington with Ovechkin playing like a veteran.

2 goals against in 2 games for Lundqvist. I dont know what game you watched saying he wasnt tested in game 2. You're probably some arm-chair hockey fan anyway.

Why is it when people can't debate an issue, they automatically make the claim that the person is 15 years old? That comeback's getting old. Either way, you wrong and an idiot.
They were fluke goals. Another example is Avery's goal in game 1. It hits off a Devil and happens to land right on Avery's stick. That's not luck? I still remember Dawes' goal when he slid into the net on his back (I know it wasn't in the post-season but that was still a fluke goal). If the announcers and Newsday (who is bias for the Rags) admit they were flukes, it must be so. HCL...talent won games 15 years ago, not bias refs and lucky shots.
Also, I am not reading any arguments against the refs being bias. Wonder why that is...

Typical Ramger fan, assuming its an Islander fan. My URL is Wantagh, but not from LI. Why dont you throw in a Potvin sucks.(He does if you put Felix in front, from his time on the Isle). RAngers fans suffered from Potvin envey until Edmonton won you a rental cup

NEWSDAY is biased towards the Rangers???

come on now, the Islanders run ads in Newsday all the time. If they favor one team over the other it's the Islanders. And I really don't feel like they are biased against either team. The Rangers are in the playoffs so they are going to get the coverage, plain and simple.

Reread everything above.

1. I didnt mention the Isles anywhere.

2. My comment was directed at "Bender". You are "Cup Fan"; or are you two the same person ?

oh please, be honest...you don't want to debate anybody, you just want to preach and rant and rave about your biased obsession against the rangers. you see what you want to see...selective vision, pal. if you were interested in debating the facets of the game you would not be addressing the rest of us posters as "you people."

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Libra

You're full of empathy and affection today, so it would be a shame not to spread it around. It's a marvellous day for a low-key get-together with some of the people you haven't seen during the past few days, because you'll enjoy having a good chat about what's been happening. Once your social duties are out of the way you'll love curling up on the sofa with a good book or a favourite film.
