I can't wait until Martin Brodeur's retirement.
I might even purchase tickets to witness his number climb to the rafters and the Flyers will NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN. How many nights that dude single handedly ruined for me. I hope the Rangers get him out quick, I cannot stand yet another deep Devils playoff run chock filled with scintillating 1-0, 2-1 games. Ugh. From your lips to God's ears! DO NOT underestimate the Capitals. One of the hottest teams down the stretch; they came back from an abyss of a first quarter with a new coach and wound up clinching their er, division (if you can call it that). Should be a tough series. I pray for Flyers in 6, we don't perform well in game 7's. |

John Dellapina was on WFAN yesterday talking about Jagr,(he interviewed him earlier that day). He says that this will be Jagr's last year. I hope not but from the sound of it, the only way they could re-sign him is to give him money similar to what he is currently making.$8M? He also said that they can make a strong run at Brian Campbell because he is close friends with Drury.
