The Blackhawks claim they made no mistakes in tendering qualifying offers to their restricted free agents, but they found themselves in an awkward situation regarding their business practices -- and it isn't over yet.

I wonder how the Devils feel about the league changing their minds since they did the exact same thing and were found at fault. I'm sure that the NHL's youth movement had nothing to do with this. Bad move Gary, hard to do things the same anymore in your world, isn't it.
