This is going to be an extremely tough matchup. Ovechkin is by far the best player in the NHL. Gotta keep their D on their heals or it will be over quickly.

Im more concerned with our offense than defense. People do not realize it but Washington becomes a fairly predictable team when you play them 4 games in a row. Washington will put up 3 goals a night, but if the D is consistent and works hard they will not get more than that. Washingtons defense is OK (Green is an Offensive D-Man, nothing more) and they have bad goaltending. Im not predicting a Rangers sweep or anything, but lets not count them out. |
