I could be mistaken tho Im pretty sure he was sent down to the farm. My point was, everyone kept screaming DRAFT FILATOV, yet noone knew anything about him. The hype just got everyone going. Meanwhile, if he was such a stud he would have been in the show all year.

I AGREE that would be the best thing for them to do. I even agree that is what they SHOULD do. I just think that they wont do it. The way I see it, if they cared about any of that, they (a) would be a better team,(b) would not have built their NHL team like it was a yahoo fantasy league, and (c) they would have taken one of the "big 3" defensemen last season. But, to clarify again, there is no reason for you to see things exactly the way I do. That is why I say that you are free to see things however you want to see them. It means that I am not going to argue that you must see things my way. I hope that is clear to you now so you can realx and not be so defensive over such a simple, benign, ultimately polite statement. Atlanta did take one of the top d men in the draft.

It did not matter that TB needed one of the big 3 more than they needed stamkos, they took him anyway. And if Atlanta and TB reversed positions, I think the players would have gone in the same order.

Honestly, I dont know what your point is anymore........I think you just like to argue. I get it, you are an islander fan.

The point is that you have more faith in TB making smart decsions than I do. You got inexplicably offended that I did not tell you that you were wrong in feeling that way and stated that you are allowed to see things any way you want to see them even if it isnt the way I see things. And you have been intermittedly and rather inexplicably in a tiff over that ever since.
