Thank you for the signing. He is a quality pickup. Honestly, I keep expecting him to stop making valuable play choices. I doesn't happen. Think about signing a few of the "honest" players who have shown growth through the ranks BEFORE the end of contract. The message is different in that the players see and respect loyalty for performance, dedication. It doesn't become a chess match or tug of rope.
