Raycroft is awesome, and I don't care if he sucks. I'm a B's fan, and I still like him:)

Well I just hope that we Toronto Maple Leafs fan get to keep him for a very long time, pretty soon, he will become just like martin Broduer who won 3 Stanley Cups while that guy was playing for New Jersey Devils and made it to the Stanley Cup Finals and won that cup 3 times in most years he played for New Jersey Devils. Raycroft maybe young but he will develop lots of skills and become way better than Martin Broduer. I hope we get him to a Multi year contract just after his 3 years with us.

I just hope Raycroft can play with the team for a very long time. Martin Brodeur sticked to his team for a very long time ever since he got drafted with that team New Jersey Devils and kept playing really hard to become greater than Wayne, Steve, Mario, and Dominik who also won the Stanley Cup so many times. I just hop Raycroft will earn it as well in his first time. As long as his injuries doesn't bother him as much as everyone else.

I wouldn't compare Raycroft to Brodeur. I think Rayzor has it in him to be good, he just needs the confidence. I mean, his first season with the Bruins was stellar, and he sort of blew right after that. You can't go from that good to that bad, and STAY that bad. I believe Raycroft can get better:)
Go Andrew!

andrew raycroft eh!!!!! who had the bright idea to pick up this clown? my god some should tell him to stand on his feet once in a while, he might be able to stay in a position to save a puck once in a while. my god i only play in a pick up league and i can garantee i could do a better job thn him. he has to be torontos worst goalie ever. some one has to pull the plug on him....

Mike you are absolutely right! I can understand the Leaf management and the team defending this guy but there are too many sheep out there who buy the propaganda about the Leafs not being such a good team and so it is not Raycroft's fault. With every bad goal I would wait for the inevitable "...and Raycroft had no chance on that one" which is so true only because he is such a horrible excuse for a goaltender. No reflexes, no mobility, no goaltender instincts- nothing. The Leaf management (Ferguson)sacrificed making the playoffs by sticking with this bum to justify his signing rather than admit they made a terrible mistake. Aubin may not be the greatest but at least he is a ligitimate NHL goalie, something Raycroft is not. I feel bad for Aubin sitting there knowing with 100% certainty that he could do a better job. It must have been even greater torture for him than it was for us having to watch Raycroft. The spin surrounding Raycroft is the number of wins he had this year- wins the Leafs had despite the goaltending, never, never because of it.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Aries

Christmas Eve finds you happy and eager to get the most out of the day. You're in a rather sentimental mood, so if you've got time you'll relish the chance to watch a favourite film, especially if it means you've got to get out the hankies. A friend's kindness or sensitivity will delight you - and make you wonder how you can reciprocate.
