Simon should get the rest of this season and all of next season. The people who head the NHL are morons, who do not have a clue how to stop the GOON behavoir in hockey. In addition, to a more significant suspension, all suspensions should be accompanied by substantial fines to both the coach and the team. I bet you see an end to this violent crap in a heart beat!

Gutless puke .... you must be talking about Travis Green.

Bertuzzi was suspended for the rest of the 2004 regular season and playoffs...then there was a lockout for 1 year, so they re-instated him once hockey started again. I dont agree with it, but the 1 year lockout had an effect on Bertuzzi's punishment.
