Well history wise we have alot to offer as well. Not like founding fathers stuff, but industrial revolution stuff. Architecurealy we have some of the best hands down. Frank Lloyd Wright did several homes here, HH Richardson did a few bldgs., and Olmstead did our parks and city layout. The grain mills are a site and there is nothing like a sunset down by the lake. Not to mention our food, there is alot more going on here besides wings, we have beef on weck, pierogis, to name a few and the pizza here is like no other. If you get the chance you have to come here, it is not that far. I know someday I will make it to Philly, but alot of people don't think of Buffalo as a destination. The winters are not that bad, the skiing here is actually great. So think about it, there is alot here, for just about every taste.

No, no, outside of Buffalo it stinks, except in Lake George there is one joint there, Giussipies has the best outside of Buffalo. Hey we should meet up if you come here or I go there, that would be cool. Get each others perspective as a resident.

I'm glad you don't hate me for rooting for the flyers. Being that they grabbed Briere from the Sabres, it must be tough, and having lost Drury to the Rangers. But it seems that Buffalo has moved on and still is competitve with the rest of the Conference, in large part to the play of Ryan Miller.

Well that my friend is a matter of taste, and for the record I have never had pizza in NYC, so I cannot comment on it. Have you ever been to the resturant in Lake George. Yeah RW25, you can root for whomever, that is cool. You are right Ryan Miller does carry the load, it is reminisent of the Hasek years, all the blame in a loss falls on him. What we need and have always need is a goal scorer, that is all. Everything else would open up with a scorer.

Well as for a goal scorer, i think you guys have that in Thomas Vanek, since he lead the team in goals last year...maybe Afinigenov, Polminville, and Connolly can all elevate their game to fill in void of Drury and Briere. I think if you guys can get a couple playmakers/set up guys, you'll be fine. I guess, just wait to see what is being offered at the trade deadline and during the summer, with free agency and prospects.

I have noticed that our GM is not really big on making huge deals. Last year we got Zuburus and I thought we would have kept him, he was good. Same goes for when we had Juneau and Barnes, those guys set everyone up, good play makers but the did not hold on to them. I don't get that soemtimes. What is Vakeks +/- this year?

Shhh, the game is coming up and we all need to go to our fridge, grab our beer of choice, get comfy on the couch in our Teams Jersey/shirt or Jammmie top and have the time of our lives. Go Buffalo!!
