Nathan Horton lays on the ice during Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals after the Canucks' Aaron Rome crushes him with a blindside hit.
I agree with trying to protect players but not at the cost of taking hitting out of the game.When the refs call penalties for legal hard hits that's exactly what they are doing.
