Stray Cats Can't Strut on Jersey Beach
Having learned a lesson about the birds and the beach, this Victorian seaside resort adopted a compromise plan Tuesday to protect both by keeping cats away from them.

Why don't they just first teach the cats to read and then put up signs that say "Cat-Free Zone"? After all this works for "Gun-Free Zones", doesn't it?
