Indiana Democratic Party Head Resigns as Obama Voter Fraud Probe Heats Up

December 12, 2011

The chairman of the Indiana Democratic Party announced his resignation Monday, as investigators probe allegations of election fraud stemming from the 2008 Democratic presidential primary.

Dan Parker, who served for seven years, did not cite the scandal as a reason for his decision. But the uproar over possible fraud in the race for the White House has already claimed the job of one county Democratic Chairman, who sources say was forced out because of the allegations.

Numerous signatures on petitions that placed then-candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the party's primary ballot were allegedly forged and then certified by the St. Joseph County Voter Registration Office in South Bend.

St. Joseph County Prosecutor Mike Dvorak has launched an investigation.

Americans simply will not do that work and although the federal govt has a farm worker program its a bureaucratic paper drill that farmers detest.

It should be simple and workable so crops get picked and Mexicans get reliable work so they willingly return home with cash in their pockets.
THE ABC'S OF IMMIGRATION - H-2A VISAS FOR TEMPORARY AGRICULTURAL WORKERS

Requirements:

There are two general requirements to obtain workers on H-2A visas. First,
the employer must demonstrate that there are not sufficient able, willing
and qualified US workers available at the time and place needed. Second, the
employer must show the use of foreign workers will not create an adverse
effect on the wages or working conditions of similarly employed US workers.
Farmworkers generally receive either an hourly wage or are paid by the
piece. However, under the H-2A program H-2A workers must be offered the same
wage as US workers. This has been interpreted to mean the higher of the
following:

· The industry's prevailing wage in the relevant labor market,

· The state or federal minimum wage, or

· The "adverse effect wage rate"

The adverse effect wage rate, or AEWR, is currently set at the prior year's
average hourly wage for agricultural and livestock workers determined by the
Department of Agriculture. For workers who are paid by the piece, if their
wages are not equal to the AEWR, the employer must make up the difference.
On or before each day when the H-2A worker is paid, the employer must
provide the worker with an earnings statement detailing the alien's total
earnings, whether the alien is paid hourly or by the piece, the hours of
work offered, and the hours actually worked.

Employers are required to provide H-2A workers with a number of benefits.

· The employee must be provided with transportation to and from the worker's
temporary home to the workplace.

· When the contract period is up, the employer must provide the worker with
transportation home or to their next workplace.

· Employers must provide housing to all H-2A workers who do not commute. The
housing must be inspected by the Department of Labor and must meet minimum
federal standards for temporary labor camps.

· The employer must either provide three meals a day or facilities in which
the worker can prepare food.

· The employer must also provide any tools and supplies necessary to perform
the work.

· The employer must also provide workers' compensation insurance to H-2A
workers.

Illegal Alien Cop Murderer Has Huge Criminal Record

In a case that resembles many others nationwide, an illegal immigrant who
recently murdered a Utah law enforcement officer has an extensive criminal
record and multiple deportation orders yet remained in the U.S. undetected.

The tragic incident accentuates the lingering weaknesses in the federal
immigration enforcement system and lack of collaboration by local
municipalities that protect illegal aliens with official sanctuary policies
and other less formal don't-ask-don't tell practices.

This time the victim was Millard County Sheriff Deputy Josie Greathouse Fox,
a 37-year-old wife and mother of two. Roberto Miramontes Roman, an illegal
immigrant from Mexico, shot the small-town law enforcement officer in west
central Utah during a traffic stop last week. Roman has an extensive
criminal record, including guilty pleas to charges ranging from third-degree
felony drug possession to receiving stolen property and various weapons
counts.

Obama: "We Are All Connected" Whether You Crossed Rio Grande Or Landed on
Ellis Island

"No matter who you are. No matter where you can came from. No matter what
you look like. No matter whether your ancestors landed here on Ellis Island
or came here on slave ships or came across the Rio Grande, we are all
connected. We will rise and fall together. That's the vision of America I've
got, that's the idea of the heart of America," President Obama said at a
fundraiser in San Francisco.

"That's the idea of the heart of our campaign," Obama added.

Stand With Arizona

The Obama Administration today announced a virtual amnesty-by-decree for
hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens, whose deportations will be
"indefinitely delayed". In addition, Obama finally announced a jobs
program -

but for ILLEGAL ALIENS, not citizens - as those 300,000 illegals
will also become eligible for "work permits".

This action represents an administrative end-run around Congress, which
twice rejected the 'DREAM Act' in 2010. As disgraceful as is this usurpation
of Congressional authority, this announcement is even worse than is being
reported.

Obama Has Halved Spending on Border Fencing, Infrastructure,
Technology--Leaving 1,300 Miles of Mexico Border Unfenced
By Edwin Mora
November 28, 2011

(CNSNews.com )- The Obama administration has slashed spending on border
fencing, infrastructure and technology, cutting it by more than half since
it peaked under President George W. Bush in fiscal 2008, according to a
Government Accountability Office report.

In 2008, according to GAO, the federal government spent more than $1.3
billion on border security fencing, infrastructure and technology. In 2011,
it spend $573 million.
Meanwhile, Customs and Border Protection has said that as of June it had
fenced only 649 miles of the nearly 1,954-mile-long U.S.-Mexico
border--leaving more than 1,300 miles of that border unfenced.

President Bush Signs Secure Fence Act

THE PRESIDENT: Thank you all. Thanks. Please be seated. I'm pleased that you
all are here to witness the signature of the Secure Fence Act of 2006. This
bill will help protect the American people. This bill will make our borders
more secure. It is an important step toward immigration reform.

I want to thank the members of Congress for their work on this important
piece of legislation. I welcome you here to the White House. I'm looking
forward to signing this bill.

President George W. Bush signs H.R. 6061, the Secure Fence Act of 2006, in

joining us today. I thank the Deputy Secretary, Michael Jackson, of the

I appreciate the fact that Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist has joined us,
as well as House Majority Leader John Boehner. I appreciate them coming in
from their respective states as I sign this piece of legislation. I want to
thank Congressman Peter King, who's the Chairman of the Homeland Security
Committee in the House of Representatives. I appreciate you being here,
Peter.

Ours is a nation of immigrants. We're also a nation of law. Unfortunately,
the United States has not been in complete control of its borders for
decades and, therefore, illegal immigration has been on the rise. We have a
responsibility to address these challenges. We have a responsibility to
enforce our laws. We have a responsibility to secure our borders. We take
this responsibility seriously.

Earlier this year, I addressed the nation from the Oval Office. I laid out
our strategy for immigration reform. Part of that strategy begins with
securing the border. Since I took office we have more than doubled funding
for border security -- from $4.6 billion in 2001 to $10.4 billion this year.
We've increased the number of Border Patrol agents from about 9,000 to more
than 12,000, and by the end of 2008, we will have doubled the number of
Border Patrol agents during my presidency.

We've deployed thousands of National Guard members to assist the Border
Patrol. We've upgraded technology at our borders. We've added
infrastructure, including new fencing and vehicle barriers. We're adding
thousands of new beds in our detention facilities so we can continue working
to end catch and release at our southern border. During the course of my
administration we have apprehended and sent home more 6 million people
entering our country illegally. And I thank the Border Patrol for their hard
work.

Go to Singapore and commit a crime and see what happens. Even minor infractions have consequences (severe consequences to Americans).
Most countries of the world don't use capital punishment BTW. But for countries that do, that's the price for conducting a crime on their soil.
Not sure what you mean't by Americans traveling abroad and Obama but the article states Obama was concerned about Americans detained in foreign countries, whether they had been able to receive assistance from the US consulates in the countries they are being held.
I've lived in three foreign countries and have traveled in about 30. Breaking foreign laws is not something I suggest. Even speeding can be costly as I found out in Switzerland. Got caught by a speed camera mounted in a tunnel. Cost me almost $200 (in 1995) for going about 10 miles over the limit.
The article attached to the one I replied to indicated that Obama was concerned what would happen to Americans abroad if we put to death an illegal who had raped and murdered a woman in the USA. My response addressed that and then my thought that I worry about Americans abroad and at home for many reasons that plague us today including financial ruin, terrorists, etc.
