I have lived in the Wood River Gardens aprtments for about 2 years now and have seen just about every officer from the W.R.P.D. out there almost every weekend. I want everyone to know I have recently started a neighborhood watch program. My neighborhood watch is registered with the national sheriff's association and the justice department. Efforts are also being made to improve the cosmetics of the property(painting, siding, fixtures, carpeting, etc.) as well as tenants keeping the grounds clean. Lately, we have not had very many visits from the police as things are starting to look up.

Yeah, I know but it is starting to get better. The visits from wood river's finest are slowing down alot and they have cleaned the place up, inside and out. I guess you've lived there before, huh tizz?
