Since I'm better, I can pretty much eat whatever I want. Avocado, beans, salsa, queso, enchiladas,
taco salads, steak soft tacos, chicken sour cream enchilada casserole. N and M's guess that I had lap band or gastric bypass surgery is way off the mark. I eat pretty much what I want and then work out.
I've been putting in more carbs and less protein. Someone told me unless I'm training for a triathlon or half-marathon, I don't need to to take in too much protein. Plus they told me that you will start to smell ammonia. I am guessing the excessive urea would do it. Plus, that is toxic. So heavy on the avocado, salad, beans and tortillas, light on the chicken and beef.
