Acupuncture helps positioning low blood pressure, pain in limbs post SCI. It also helps regain some motor and sensory functions as well as bowel and urination functions. I found that Zhu's scalp acupuncture is much more helpful than the traditional acupuncture. But it requres more then 3 months to see the results. Most of the patients are required 6 monthes to 1 year acupuncture tx.
