Judged: 1 1 As far as recommending brands its difficult because smoking is very personal because you adjust to the taste of your first cigarette, while you can handle one cigarette you can find others revolting. I liked Embassy when I smoked but I haven't tried camels so I don't know if you like them. Be warned however, 10 a day over 10 years equals death most of the time, so don't smoke too many. Even 2 a day has significant cancer risk. Make sure you are aware of the risks that you are taking. Smoking also makes your skin older so if your concerned about looks then something to keep in mind. |

Judged: 3 2 1 If you have just started smoking - please stop. I smoke and have no illusions that I will ever quit, but you can. I don't agree with the anti-smokers that we are all terrible people who are trying to hurt others, or that we are all rude. But just think how nice it is to not spend a ridiculous amount of money on something just to set fire to it. And even before all the smoking bans, what a pain in the neck it was (and is) to have to make sure you have your cigarettes with you before you go somewhere. Plus it really does make your clothes, hair, etc. smell. So please, while it will be easy - stop. |

As a smoker I really have to say just quit while your still young and haven't smoked for a very long time. I'm not trying to say you will die or get lung cancer b/c I am in perfect health, but the cost just goes up and up. Save your money for something else.

Judged: 1 If you don't want to quit then I recomend buying you're own all natural tobacco and start rolling you're own. American Spirit tobacco is of a much higher quality will burn slower and each cigarette will last longer. Not to mention the fact that you will save a lot of money. You can be rollers and cigarettes with filters too. Ideally you really should quit though. If you're really a tobacco enthusiast you'd be better off with an occasional cigar or some occasional sisha. In the long run cigarettes are just too addictive so they end up not being occasional. |

Judged: 2 2 2 Since you are seeking advice from strangers, let’s go whole hog. Stop smoking unless you have a job, your own place and are self sufficient. Adults can make health decisions for themselves. If your parents are supporting you- it doesn't matter how old you are- you are not an adult. Also, don't be having sex (protected or unprotected). If you happen to like the same sex person; be aware that studies show oral cancer can be caused by -gasp- oral sex. If you aren't employed; get a job! Any job. The experience will be great for you. Or if you are in college- why would you be asking strangers for advice? Don't you have any friends? If you drink stop it. You're underage and you're going to cause some poor shumck to wind up in jail for contributing to your delinquency. If you’re already hooked on alcohol, at least don’t leave your drink unattended while you go outside to smoke. There have been reports of drinks being “doctored” when left unattended. As to the original question- what brand – any one that is cheap will do just fine. They just burn up anyway. |

I started smoking at 18, and I'm still doing it decades later. Although I am not ill, it is not a habit that you should continue. Stop now while it's fairly easy to do. |

Judged: 3 2 2 I thought you were all for smoking. Looks like your advice to this young person is about them not smoking. You feel so strongly about it when it comes to smoking around non smokers and children. Ha Ha ha go light up another cancer stick. |

Judged: 3 3 2 My advice would be not to start in the first place. However, if she should wish to start, then I recommend Marlboro Smooths or even better American Spirts. I don't feel strongly about whether the young woman wants to smoke, but I do feel strongly about your lame posts. As I said once before, go f yourself. |

Judged: 5 2 2 So do you advise everyone on smoking. ha ha ha. Here honey smoke this cancer causing stick. Yes it can give you cancer here dont pay any attention to this. The cigarette companies confessed in court to cigarettes causing cancer. They confess also to hooking teens on cigarettes and they confessed they knew how addictive it was but kept it a secret. http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html... |
