Every bar in Hamilton passes out a beer bottle for your butts when you walk in the door.

Every bar in Hamilton should be racking up fines at a rate that would discourage them from doing that--and/or having difficulty renewing their licenses.

Since the BANS are all based on FRAUD, any attempts to collect fines are also fraudulent.

It should be up to the bar owners anyway. There are more smokers than non smokers in the bars. It should be old school, if you do not want to be around the smoke then you stay home. But our system would rather see many places shut down due to the lack of business than to change a law back to the way it used to be.

That is funny, people in the state of Ohio overwhelmingly supported the bans by voting in favor of them...of their own free will!

Imagine that!

Hey stupid...I bet you one of those asshats who thinks that when a cop catches a criminal red handed, if he improperly delivers and administers the Miranda rights, that the red handed criminal should go free!!!

Should the age limits, last call time and fire code be left up to the bar owner too? How about where they buy their liquor from. HEll, let them get it from Hanks Hillbilly Heaven. Full moonshine. Laws are in place to protect the public from brain dead morons like you.
Newsflash Spanky.... There are more bars and restaurants now than there were 5 years ago when the ban started. I went to three this week. Guess what!!! CROWDED AS HELL. Excuses are like yellow teeth. Every smoker has a bunch of them.
You sound like a real jerk. It is morons like you that cause many businesses to shut down. I bet if you had the brains to really do the study, and you don't, you would see the truth. I am a smoker and do not have yellow teeth, never have. I would bet yours are green...try brushing dildo. Your teeth turn yellow from not brushing, think about that.

In a smokers home what turns your curtains, walls, ceilings, lampshades, furniture, etc, YELLOW? I'm sure you'll blame that on something other than the truth too!

This is a post from a guy in Maryland who never engages in the conversation, rather he sits on the sidelines changing names frequently throwing out childish and ignorant nonsense ALL OVER TOPIX...all this coming from a guy who claims to be 30 years in the telecommunications field!
His big thing was to take pictures he would find on the internet, photoshop them to have other posters names on them, create an account on PhotoBucket and other sites, upload the pictures there, then come to topix and post the link! And then he would sit back and chuckle and admire his handy work, like an idiot savant!
What a pathetic tool!
Hey good work Maryland! lmao

Why don't bar owners put up a sign on their front door that says people inside smoke and you will be exposed to second hand smoke if you enter so enter at your own risk.

<quoted text> Awwww... Sorry I hurt your feeling toots. I know the truth hurts, and it **IS** the truth. Owners can not decide the drinking age, they can not decide the serving time, tehy can not decide the fire code, and they SURE AS HELL can not decide to allow smoking or no smoking. Again the law is to protect innocent people from whining, loud mouthed, think they know it all dummies like you and ItsAFact.
<quoted text> Look Bimbo. All I have to do is drive down the street. Joe's Deli, Fairview Tavern, Stampers Pub, Bonnies. I could go on and on. I bet if a 6 year old (who would have 3x the brains that you do) would go down the street, and see all the cars, he would realize how busy the places are. Just because some dumb backwards ass inbreed hilljack like you runs in to some money, and buys a bar or restaurant, does not mean he will retire with it. There is so much competition, and it is not easy. Even BEFORE the ban started, the failure rate for a new bar or restaurant was over 50%. Now, cheap tramps like you use that as the excuse, when it was just as much BEFORE THE BAN. Nice try toots, but bimbos like you think you are original, but in fact are a dime a dozen.
<quoted text>AND YOUR INTELLIGENCE SHOWS!!!
Put your big girl panties on and realize many places have closed down and many people lost jobs. That is a fact. Some places created smoking areas for patrons. Fact. This entire mess is to accommodate you cry baby drunks who are out to try to get lucky but don't. LOL. Sorry bout your luck. LOL. Name calling shows your ignorance. You do not know me and I am not a tramp. I did get a laugh at your post. Your ignorance shows. LMAO

In Ohio, it's because that would be against the law.
