I sleep 11:30 every night and wake up 6:30 am in the morning for job.Everything is ok until 2:00 when I get sleepy.I need to sleep then.If I don't sleep,all parts of my body - eyes,back-...- begin to ache. what shall I do ?
I can not sleep every afternoon because of my job.this hurts a lot.I have tried to get rid of this habbit many times but it seem not to be possible.
