Study Finds Antidepressants May Help in Treating Schizophrenia

I disagree that "Schizophrenia is a complex and chronic mental disorder affecting more than 2 million people in the United States." It's a catch all disease for attempting to pharmacutically mind drug more Americans (world people). The mental heantal health industry has no medical model. No evidence based medicine and no test for chemical imbalance. The industry admitted to false statement on chemical imbalance in 2007 to drug the population. They wouldn't know a good brain from a defective brain and becuse there are no tests and that includes imaging and statement of gene location.

The APA (American Psychological Association is marketing their brand of madness on the public by the raising of the hands. Psychiatry is based on
hearsay and has a political agenda.

Like schizophrenia, depression is a mental disorder albeit a milder one. While antidepressants may be a good option for schizophrenia as the article suggests, this isn't necessarily so with depression. Paxil side effects say that it makes the depression worse.
