Did you hear the drum roll during the unveiling? Looked like it happened last Friday and I must have been asleep and missed it. Well at least he is now admitting who the “board registered dermatologist” is and it’s hardly surprising given that Nase and Bitter Snr go back a long way and Bitter Snr is probably the only so called “professional” left in the world who would go anywhere near Nase. Maybe he has had another one of his “senior” moments? http://local.yahoo.com/details... Bitter even lets Nase get away with saying his name is also on the "Topical Phenylephrine Rosacea Treatment" patent but apparently it isn’t and Nase just made it up – like most of his announcements. Strange that Nase never mentioned Bitter’s name a while back when all this so called collaboration, trials and research was taking place. Maybe it might well be that Bitter was also supposedly on the staff at the famous Neurovascular Research and Treatment Institute – that’s Nielson’s RTIT to you and me. Maybe he was going to be in charge of the famous “Flushing Wing” that Nase claimed was being built or perhaps he just looked after the magic wand cabinet. http://debunkingnase.org/index.php... The killer is that Nase would have paid for those latest press releases himself just to help promote Rosadyn. Amazing really because Rosadyn doesn’t get a mention anywhere else in the rosacea world, which I find very odd but then we shouldn’t be surprised at that if Nase is at the helm. Nase obviously thinks that if he hypes up Bitter enough plus adds that he has “seasoned product development and operations manager plus a financial backer with a background in early stage venture capital investments and investment management” then everybody will be impressed. What the hell has all this got to do with whether Rosadyn works? It’s called BS. It sounds like the RTIT all over again and we all know what a scam Nase’s involvement there was. Pity the financial backer can’t lend Nase the $175 to pay back the money he owes the woman in New Zealand. She paid for his consultancy services 7 months ago but he just pocketed her money and will not refund it.

Looking through the reviews I posted a link to yesterday, there was one that said that Bitter Snr and Jnr had both been put on probation by the State Medical Board of California. You can actually go onto the Medical Boards website and search the details of individual Physician’s and I found that indeed they had both been put on probation at some stage of their careers. http://www2.dca.ca.gov/pls/wllpub/WLLQRYNA $LCEV2.QueryView?P_LICENSE_NUM BER=21910&P_LTE_ID=782 http://www2.dca.ca.gov/pls/wllpub/WLLQRYNA $LCEV2.QueryView?P_LICENSE_NUM BER=50914&P_LTE_ID=790 Not sure how far you can search as some of the records become private and not available to the public. I wonder what Bitter Snr did, as I would have thought it must have been serious to warrant being put on probation? Anybody know?

For some reason Topix didn't like those links so I started my search here: http://www.medbd.ca.gov/lookup.html and entered "Bitter" and it found 3 records.

I drilled further into their website yesterday and it looks like Dr. Patrick Bitter Snr has a few skeletons in the closet. In fact his other son has also been on probation with the Medical Board of California. Here is the link again. http://www.medbd.ca.gov/lookup.html All the following information is available to the public and if you go into “continue search” then search on “Bitter” and add his license number A21910 then you will come across the public disclosure link. Go into that link, add the license number again and you will find another link to a 17 page PDF detailing his 1989 case before the medical board and the revoking of his license. In short it shows that in August 1987 he had formed a company called “The Vascular Image” and following on from certain aspects of it’s operation he subsequently got disciplined in March 1989 for unprofessional conduct (aiding and abetting the unlicensed practice of medicine) and was put on probation for 3 years, fined $5,000, told to perform community service and to take a course on medical ethics. That all looks very serious to me and all credit to the MBC for making this information readily available to the public. Bitter Snr has a full license back again now but people should be aware of what happened in the past, especially if they are considering using this physician. What concerns me is that he has now joined up with Nase as part of this “Vascular Health Specialists” team trying to promote Rosadyn to the unsuspecting public. Note that Nase isn’t a medical doctor and maybe Bitter hasn’t learnt his lesson or indeed medical ethics from the issues in the past. The plot thickens are far as I am concerned with “Rosadyn” and reading all this about Bitter Snr only strengthens the belief that the whole concept seems suspicious, especially with Nase involved. Remember all Nase can show as proof of his “apparent” remission from supposedly taking the key ingredients of Rosadyn for 8 years, is a picture on a Pennsylvania driver’s license which also looks suspect, especially given he was still living in Indiana at the time. Looking at Nase’s and the Rosadyn website there appear too many questions that need answers but I doubt this will ever happen given Nase’s past track record. As we have seen if Nase finds a question too difficult then as far as he is concerned it's not a "true" question. Pathetic really and just another cover up for his lies. Maybe we will see genuine, current pictures of Nase and Bitter together, shaking hands at the start of their pioneering, cutting edge project? What do you think? My money is on one staying in California and the other still sitting on the sofa in Indiana. Patrick Bitter Snr must be due for retirement soon, so why on earth would he want to get himself tangled up with Nase's deception at this time in his life.? Only he can answer that one.

Why is it not surprising that Nase can only ally himself with "ethically challenged" physicians? Once Nase gets involved, everyone's reputation suffers, and now he's going to bring down Patrick Bitter Sr. right along with him. Why Bitter Sr.? I'm sure it has everything to do with money. Bitter Sr. lives in England, jets back and forth for work and, due to multiple marriages as well as young children in private schools, will be working long past retirement. Factor in his age (he graduated from med school before most of us were even born), and it's no wonder he's looking for an easier way to make a living. Looks like Rosascam isn't going to be the sweet little moneymaker he thought it was going to be. Nice work Peter...Inspector Morse has nothing on you! The good news is that the unsuspecting public will no longer be unsuspecting, thanks to some excellent detective work. I'd like to see these two try to exploit the rosacea community after this bombshell hits!

All this hot air and for what? If you guys think that there is acutally going to be a "Rosadyn" (or whatever) product on the market then you're as nutty as Nase is...after all...you're the very ones saying he never comes through on any promises....oh well...guess his is sitting back laughing at your howling and baying....

The good news is that the unsuspecting public will no longer be unsuspecting, thanks to some excellent detective work. I'd like to see these two try to exploit the rosacea community after this bombshell hits! Thanks for that. All the information I have supplied in my post is available on their site for public consumption. It’s just a matter of taking time out and looking for it. Not sure who this Tom guy is that has now suddenly appeared? I don’t think I actually said or implied that Patrick Bitter Snr was a bad person or indeed a bad dermatologist, so I am not “ripping” him. That information shows Bitter Snr has made some serious mistakes in the past and the medical board would not have revoked his license, fined him etc and made him sit an ethics course just for some minor misdemeanor. It does actually look like the father and both son’s in this family have had problems with their medical ethics. What’s curious is that his company then was called “The Vascular Image” and Nase’s is supposedly called “Vascular Health Specialists”. Unless Bitter Snr has been living on a desert island or down a subterranean cavern for the last 5 years then there is no way he will not be aware of Nase’s fraudulent activities and reputation. Nase is not a medical doctor and therefore if Bitter Snr is involved with him, then he will do well to remember what he was taught on that ethics course. I am always very suspicious of everything Nase says or implies because he has been proved consistently to be a compulsive liar. My point is to ask why Bitter Snr would want to get involved with this man and have his reputation damaged beyond repair? Nase sitting back and laughing at us? I don’t think so and it’s more likely he is currently looking for somewhere to hide from all of those who want a piece of him. Probably the only genuine photograph we will ever see of Nase will be on a police mug shot. At least that’s one picture he will not be able to fake or even want to fake LOL.

Peter, you rock! You found that out all by yourself? You really are the Sherlock Holmes of the rosacea community?! How did you find that out? All I found when I went to the "contact us" on their home page was the same address..But you formatted it so well! Genius! Any more insights? If not, just recycle some old stuff...just like an old sitcom rerun, we never get tired of hearing the same verbatim dialogue!

...and P.S. Before you accuse me of being Nase, or one of his insider friends, like everyone else who speaks out against your inane witch hunt, just remember that the boy who cried wolf only gets so many cries. After that, people start to doubt the validity of your comments, when the content is so predictable, without any consideration that maybe, just maybe, not every testimonial and every post is a fake...

Wow, I've been with Dr. Bitter Sr. for years getting treat for my rosacea & have found him to be COMPLETELY ethical, kind, and helpful. I definatly look better now than I did before I went to him. I would without hesitation recommend him to other Rosacea patients The more I read what you write, the more I believe that you just have a personal gripe for some reason with Dr. Nase. Did he steal your girlfriend or something? It seem that if Dr. Nase woke up & said how blue the sky was; you would have to spend a whole day and write 25 paragraphs about how it was purple! The bottom line is have Dr. Nase & Bitter helped people with Rosacea? I know from PERSONAL experience they have. Dr. Nase's book really explained to me what Rosacea was and how I had been getting treated incorrectly by Kaiser. As I mentioned, I see Dr. Bitter for treatment. Now, what have you done for Rosacea suffers. Nothing except bitch, complain and look for conspiracies where none exist! Please get a life! Wow, Peter it sure seem like you have a personal beef with Dr. Nase. What have you EVER done for Rosacea suffers? Other than bitch, compain and look for conspriacies where none exist; I cant think of anything. You just state things that are lies, made up, and untrue. It seems that if Dr. Nase commented on how blue the sky was, you'd have to write a 25 paragraph letter stating it was purple! Dr. Nase's book was the 1st book I read that gave me the correct information on Rosacea. It showed me how I was being treated incorrectly by Kaiser and really help me control my symptoms. I personally see Dr. Bitter for treatment and without question he has been completly ethical, helpful, and kind to me. I would say I have about an 80% improvement after I've being treated by Dr. Bitter. Both Dr. Nase & Bitter have helped me. That is from my person experience Again, get a life or do something where you can help people with rosacea. Like, shut the hell up and stop purposly trying to confuse and lie to people!

BDL, Peter has never helped rosacea sufferers. In fact, he only had one acne breakout. He does not have rosacea. All of this is personal, sad and pathetic. Dr. Nase and Dr. Bitter continue to help rosacea sufferers. Peter rambles. He was on the acne board for years until he was released and then, thank GOD, he slithered over to rosacea;()

Peter, Shame on you. Dr. Bitter Sr is an excellent physician and a very caring person. He's treated me for free a half dozen times. You sit back and judge without all the facts. You come off as a very angry, lonely 50-something loser. To devote several hundred posts solely to one or two people is beyond comprehension. I gather it just makes you more angry that Dr. Bitter and Dr. Nase dont even take the time to respond to you. I agree... get a life.

I'm certain peter has a life, but he is willing to take time away from his schedule to warn people about subjects that need to stay open. Until nase actually "goes straight", there is a great potential for further harm to the rosacea community.Peter could ave easily walked away from all this only if he were a weak man,the fact that he is still posting shows he is a strong man who just doesnt walk away from a problem. let's remember...it was Nase who was in the hot seat in court..not Peter. It's been repeated here and also on other forums (by people other than peter)that nase has been banned and busted in several forums. There are any other people besides Peter who have posted these facts. yet that doens't seem to sink in to many who are dense. Nase has repeatedly tripped up and been caught in lies. And this will continue until he can actually admit he has a problem and gets professional help.

Pecan Nut, Peter has been caught in serious lies and has harmed rosacea sufferers directly. He is a danger to us rosacea sufferers. You read the damage that he inflicted upon several of his altered medical devices. He has lied so many times that he actually forgets what to say. Its quite amusing to watch. He has no intestest in the truth or helping people. His ego was crushed when he was reported to the UK Medical Authorities and fired from his red light position... thank god. Vendettas are much different than the truth. The freakin guy doesnt even have rosacea. Its just a big market for him and easy pickins for Peter Waters. Mid-50's.... sad. -- Stack
