This is a good article about food! http://www.rheumatoid-arthritis-joint-pain-ad... download their free "Whispering The Truth From Rheumatoid Arthritis Survivors" eBook! What’s wrong with diary products or meat? I won’t be a vegetarian! We all heard about how important diet is for a person’s health. Well, only few people take its importance for serious and start eating healthy. Like many other life aspects, a person diet needs to be balanced and be nourishing and not harmful to the body. Eating meat or diary products is not wrong when combined with vegetables, fruits and the necessary amount of water per day. However if used inappropriate, diary products can have side effects like diarrhea, stomach cramps and bloating, etc. Meat can also be harmful when used in big quantities or combined with fast food. One of the major concerns when it comes to the diet is nowadays the frequent occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis (and/or osteoporosis) that has neither a known cause nor a known treatment. It is generally believed that factors like bad eating habits, smoking and stress increase the risks of being positive to this disease. Even if there is no widely accepted cure for the rheumatoid arthritis, there are many alternative helpful methods that can assist you keeping arthritis joint pain under control. The popular herbal treatments, a proper diet, and hydrotherapy will always be a great help for keeping in shape despite the chronically disease. A good diet plan is beneficial not only for rheumatoid arthritis treatment, but also for reducing high blood pressure and cardiovascular problems. Has your diet been ‘reformed’ by the American fast food diet, than you will need to correct it for increasing your wellness. A right rheumatoid arthritis diet will help you remove fatigue, stiff joints and any kind of puffiness. And of course, it will contribute to your healthiness. The rheumatoid arthritis diet should never contain more than 2000 calories with vegetables, proteins and fruits being the base of it. Basically, this diet relates to the vegetarian diet where nuts, raw seeds, fish, dry fruits, grains are very important. The plus side of this food is that it is easily digested and has no time to turn into toxic substances. Also, the ‘arthritis friendly’ diet will help people maintain their weight and have tension decrease because of the fact no overeating problems are present. Because of the fact that the stomach is not overworking and overloaded anymore, the stress amount is loosen up as well and there are only few poisons left in your organism that might affect you negatively. The rheumatoid arthritis diet can be very beneficial not only for rheumatoid arthritis treatment, but also for people that want to have a healthy diet and minimize the risks of getting a junk food disease like rheumatoid arthritis or suffer of high blood pressure and the generally feared stress. copy right by http://www.rheumatoid-arthritis-joint-pain-ad... . Sugar will definitely increase inflammation and worse than sugar is corn syrup which is hidden almost all processed foods. To avoid sugar you must avoid processed foods. I wrote a page on inflammatory foods ( http://www.livingwithrheumatoidarthritis.com/... ) this contains a list of obvious foods to avoid. There may be other foods specific to your body that are causing inflammation and I suggest that the best way to learn which foods cause you trouble is to keep a diary of everything that you eat each day, along with other notes about the day including stress, how you are sleeping, what you put on your body, any cleaners that you have used. Over a period of time you will see common links to the flares you suffer and you can then make the appropriate changes. No one can tell you exactly what is causing you to suffer but the list of inflammatory foods are common for most of the population, basically they are foods that either are difficult for the body to digest or provide little nutrition to the body. Another clue about food is...food should provide the body with energy. If, after you eat you are more tired than before the meal the food you have eaten is likely taking more energy to digest than it is supplying your body. Of course there is the odd exception to this rule, for example Turkey. Food is not the only thing that confuses the immune system. Stress is also a leading cause of pain and one must learn to control stress in order to allow the body to heal itself.

Ann wrote: Hello everyone, thought I'd join the discussion. You know, everyone HAS to eat and it seems to me that people are missing out on good healthy foods just because of an autoimmune dis-ease. I know of a new scientific discovery that's helping people globally get their bodies back in optimal working condition because it gives the body it's OWN ability to HEAL and REGENERATE itself, NATURALLY. The body knows NO dis-ease and it's really very simple science, you give your body what it needs (the right fuel) and it can do anything. Once it's back in this good state, the things you think you are unable to enjoy like strawberries will tell a different story. I USED to be allergic to watermelon and green apples but not any more, I eat those two things like CRAZY now! My soulmate USED to be intensely allergic to tomatoes, bannanas and cat hair but guess what, not anymore! And I have two friends, one who's entire body was stricken with severe rheumatoid arthritis so bad that he wore out chairs and the other had arthritis in her hands so bad that she didn't rest thru a full night of sleep for 10 years without waking up crying in the middle of the night. My soulmate and I introduced this scientific discovery to them both and now they do what we do and spread the word because it's ONLY word-of-mouth. Both of them by the way are in such great shape healthwise that Eric, the one that wore out chairs walks around his mobile home community and is up on ladders painting homes which people can't believe and Paula, the one with arthritis in her hands now sleeps really good EVERY night and travels with her husband state to state. Tell me the body isn't remarkable given the right nutririon. GOD is GREAT. are you from any religious group they used to sell hope to poor sufferers for thousansd of years be geniune like me i give truth cost nothing and it works see my comments and i would love someone to come forward and prove me wrong
