I do it often and drink with cayenne pepper powder. I take 2 tabsp of Scottish oats mix with a cup of filtered water in a blender, then add a bit of cayenne pepper powder and drink it, in Blendex blender while I bled it liquid is warmed. Ooats soften and build up mucus membranes and feed 7 types of lactobacillus, cayenne pepper powder do all the rest – disinfect, build up mucus membrane, improve its permeability just but promoting GI tract layer contract and make it denser. If one feel not really well after cayenne and other peppers, lemon water – it means you have to build up your mucus membrane in GI tract. I used to have a very bad reaction after just a glass of lemon water (1tsp on a glass) but now it is gone. Also it is good to remember that before potatoes were brought to Europe our ancestors had porridge made of different grains, also different types of lentil is very good, the darker lentil is the better – more micro and macro nutrients. Thank-you for that information. I do put cayenne in some food, but refrain from putting too much for fear it will burn my gut.

In your biopsy how many needles were positive for cancer?
Just curious, I had one of 12 positive, Gleeson 3+3=6.
Doctor wants to operate and remove. I am 56, in good health, very good actually.
Figured i may watch and wait. Then again, we will see.
PSA went from 0.7 to 3.1 in 3 years, doc said to test due to PSA acceleration. In the last year PSA has fallen to 1.8 due to diet, excercise. Had not heard of pepper as a suppliment, taking turmeric and avoiding sugars and dairy, excercising daily.
Just curious how many needles you had that were positive. If it was more than one the fact they can't find the cancer now is more relevant IMO, in any event this is worth looking into for me, thanks for posting.

Some conditions aren't going to be helped by cayenne!

To those asking about the numder of needles with cancer cells on the first biopsy - 2 of 6 from the right hemisphere had positive samples - the left hemisphere had none.
My current dosage of cayenne is 3 caps in the morning just before eating & 3 at night, again, just before my first bite of my evening meal. Each cap contains 600 mg of 100,000 heat unit (scoville rating) cayenne with ginger - I use Solaray "Cool Cayenne" just because that's what is available at my local health food store, but I'm sure any cayenne will be the same (not an endorsement - I have NO connection to any maker or seller of cayenne)

Thanks Pepperlover for the needle info. Just went in for my 6 month checkup. PSA dropped to 0.9 from 1.75 six months ago - and from 3.1 just over a year ago.
Peppers, turmeric, low-sugar, no dairy, excercise program seems to have knocked the pSA in the right direction.
Doc wants to do a second biopsy next summer. I bet the number of patients he has done a biopsy on with a PSA less than 1 is something like one in a thousand or less. He has a thriving business, but I think he rarely sees PSA's go in reverse. We will see what the biopsy shows, hopefully the PSA will reflect the lack of cancer.
You might be right on PepperLover, peppers might put prostate cancer into remission, at least for some folks.

Congrats guys and praise God. Wow, 600,000 heat units per day. I was doing 400,000 a day. Guess it's time to eat more heat and lower the sugar down some more. Nice job and many thanks.

For a couple of years I took 6x100,000 in the morning & 6x100,000 at night with no ill effects. I cut the dose in half over a year ago as an experiment - just fine tuning - 3 & 3 seem to be sufficient for me.

I think you will find the answer in my posts above but I will restate - I take 3 capsules, each containing 100,000 heat units of cayenne powder, twice a day. The first set, just prior to my morning meal & the second set just prior to my evening meal. I also take Saw Palmetto extract, Vitamin D3, CoQ 10, Fish/Flax/Borage oil, Essential Enzymes & probiotics (none of these are taken specifically for the cancer - just for general good health). I also follow a relaxed version of the Adkins Diet, meaning that I limit my carbs in general, get as much fiber as I can & take no simple sugars.

For what it is worth I also take red pepper like you see in the containers at a pizza place. take a saltine cracker, put some hummis on it, then put a teaspoon of red pepper on top. easy to eat, i take 4 to 6 every morning.
pills are probably easier to do, but i think the saltine delivery is more effective based on the fact that you can feel the heat in your urine when taken that way versus taking the pills. then again it is probably a question of dose.

IF I HAD ANY CANCER, I would definitely double or tripple or QUADRUPLE my cayenne pepper dosage because capsaicin has been shown(picture worth 1000 words) to KILL cancer..........Glad you are doing okay!

yusuf germino wrote: hello everyone i am 45 years old male and recently been bothered by constant urination and a few times woke up wet i am worried this could be something serious but haven't gone for check up yet planning to try cayene God willing I agree with PepperLover that you need to find out why you are peeing in your sleep because it may not be cancer of the prostate. Your bladder is supposed to be able to stretch and stretch all night to hold all that urine......I hope you don't have diabetes(high blood sugar). If you drink beer, then you know how often you pee since the high alcohol is a diuretic in your body just like high blood sugar would be......But this could be a problem with your bladder not emptying properly or prostate not working properly so GO to the doctor to find out what the problem is by providing your symptoms. A doctor should be able to diagnose your problem instead of you, however, it is becoming evident to me that most of these physicians don't know much more than the average Joe here on Topix.

WoW-Psa below 1-that is amazing willy! Did you just get that test because I notice that on Sept. 6th you posted it had fallen to 1.8 from 3.1 without using pepper, and now you are posting that you are using th pepper.........So how long have you been using the pepper?

I had been taking turmeric suppliments each day for the last year, and have totally cut out extra sugar and dairy and meat for the last year. I have always loved pepper and hot foods, have used once a week maybe for the last year. But for the last two-three months have been faithfully 'overdosing' on the peppers using crackers and humas and a teaspoon of hot peppers on each cracker. Only got the pills in the last month after reading this blog. so not sure if it is the peppers, turmeric, lack of sugar, excercise or what. But I am glad to have the psa going backward.
My doctor still wants to do a biopsy next spring, not sure I am up for another one. There are some risks of infection and the like.

My prostate doctor by the way thinks this is all 'crazy talk', he wants to do surgery and remove the cancer. I only had one of 12 needles psotive. Gleeson 6. Explains why medical costs are running thru the roof.

PepperLover, Thanks for sharing your experience .. I have BPH and started taking cayenne caps..My DR is seems to loves doing biopsies.. I had one a few years back and showed no cancer.. I said to myself, not again.. I'm taking Avodart and Flomax but still a pain in the butt to deal with.. My PSA is 2.3 I'm hoping the cayenne will give me some relief.. Have you tried drinking your cayenne with water and lemon ? I've read it's more effective taken that way ...Again thanks for putting this amazing story out there..
