I had the Green light laser for BPH 7-20-09 and so far I am pleased. I can go much better. I had very little pain. Passed blood clots for 2 or 3 days but that has stopped.I believe the results of the surgery depends so much on the doctor and to some degree on your over-all health. My surgeon was Dr. John Pickens and at this stage I will say he did an outstanding job. I hope to continue to improve.

Had green light procedure in late September 2009 and while my recovery period, in terms of blood and clots, lasted several weeks, I must say that the ultimate result is extraordinary. I'm 62 and my urinary tract function is now as good as it was when I was 30.
