Being active is a must for good health. But venturing outdoors when you have allergies requires a bit of preparation to avoid triggering allergy symptoms.

Correct breathing is essential if you are to venture out at this time of year. My advice? Learn the BUTEYKO BREATHING METHOD. This will teach you how to normalise your breathing so you conserve, and increase your reserves of vital carbon dioxide and do not overdose on oxygen.
