Well, I guess it's back to the balanced diet. The thing is, we're all going to die someday. Should we eat what we want and enjoy, or eat what we should and miss out the good, though maybe unhealthy, foods?

I believe that everything taken in moderation should be the way to go. There are always studies popping up about one thing putting one at risk for another thing. It is best to be safe rather than sorry. Eat right and follow an exercise regimen that fits you.
