Sorry for his bad luck and appreciate his years of service, but did anyone else notice that he retired as a lieutenant in 1992. Doesn't that mean that he's been getting his retirement pay in addition to his regular pay for almost 20 years?

If so, no wonder our pension programs are out of money.

You pathetic loser you didn't pay enough in tax money to even pay for his shoe shine. You have no idea about pensions or who contributes how much to what. I'll send you the 86 cents you might have contributed to his career.

As a life long constitutionalist conservative who votes mostly republican I wish Jim well. That form of cancer turns you into a lab rat. If those in remetion die soon of cancer. For a democrat he wasn't that bad of a guy.
