Great memories of a man that cared a lot about his students and loved teaching.

Dr. Digesto will be missed. Never ceased to amaze me that he always would remember my name whenever I showed up to MC events.

He was truly an educator.

hmmm, i think you never really had him for a "teacher". He was a prick. he liked the stoner kids. You call him a coach--when? i think he was thrown in his first year as a jv football assistant. he never coached shit. if he was such a great guy why didn;t he step forward when murnig, ingles and pettingale were busy getting to know their students. MC is a giant self licking lollipop. Who demands to be called "headmaster? who--Don Ritchie and Grandlamage in 99 and 2000 until the Arch dio reeled them in. the school is better off with both of those two gone

I never had Richie for a teacher but he approached me one day and asked if I'd like to start something like an outdoor pursuits club. I was hesitant but he quickly let me know that our real intention was to get out of school and go on some camping trips. We got some students together and spent a week backpacking to the bottom of the grand canyon. I've been on many backpacking trips but that is one of my most memorable. He could be a little stiff sometimes but he knew that; I think it was all a show. He was a real softie deep down I think.
