I agree with your comment about this unfeeling jerk. God will look after Mr. Swayze, not because he is an actor and famous but because of the type of person that he is.

Wow "funnyguy", aren't you a bitter, sad person. Your name should be "patheticguy". All cancer is bad, however I know firsthand that pancreatic cancer is almost always a death sentence. My mother died of pancreatic cancer 5 months after she was diagnosed. I pray that Patrick will be one of the 1 percent that survive this evil disease.

Sounds like funnyguy did not allow god into his life during his journey. Those of us who have been through it are even more concerned for those now entering the cancer club. I was alone and a single mom of a 6 yr old at that. Yeah, I wished I had more help and support, but, I thank God for getting me through it and my heart has grown in many ways since. I think we are supposed to learn something from it. For me it was "not only stop and smell the roses, but to plant more." Patrick, be strong and give the monster to God. He will deal with it. You just do what you gotta do to get well. Luv ya.
