I know of a product that has really helped a few people out with pancreatic cancer. 2 people claim they no longer have it and one claims that they are a month beyond their life expectancy and feeling much better. They are taking Glycomannan in medium to large doses. I am taking it with really great results, although I only had gall bladder trouble.
