Don't fear, just as soon as any of the mutiple wannabe contractors read this they will be on their way to Home Depot to pick up their crews and be at your door.

I don't know if he is still in business in Rancho Cucamonga, but Singley Construction, Gerry Singley, did our addition and remodel 3 1/2 years ago, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He put everything in writing in detail. He stuck true to his word. He completed the job in a timely manner and with quality work, and he handled every problem that arose (as they inevitably do in every major construction project)very competently. We turned away several contractors that I know would have been a nightmare. Gerry was great.
