I am a marathon runner,prefering the ultra's. Over the past three years I have been suffering from dizziness, nausea and exrtreme vomitting after about 35 kilo's into the races. I can not take any liquids supplements and or food when I start to develop these conditions. Somtimes in especialy the longer distances I also develop dizziness and double vision. I have been to see doctors and dieticians and doctor wise I am in good health. I am above average fitness. Usually after an hour or so after the race I am in good shape again. I have tried and experimented with my drinking habits during a race, due to possible dehidration and over hidration.
After seeing the article of the motion sickness some basketball players experience I decided to write my story. I hope that what I wrote makes sense. I am still very motivated but the sickness is causing me serious problems. Is their something to be done on this.

Try this website. www.soothingscents.com . They have an all natural product the smells great and you just breathe it in. Not sure if it will work but worth a shot! It was developed by a nurse!!
