Let me try to explain it this way, Socialized medicine does not work very well anywhere in the world. That is what this president wants to bring to the US. The costs on top of all the deficit spending which this administration has already straped us with
will pretty much run our economics over the cliff.
We are presently standing on the edge of this very high cliff, with the debt load now crowding 31/2 trillion dollars when the salaries retirements of Federal employees and Military are also put into the pot. Not that 1 trillion, it is added to our national debt or obligation.
Cranking up the currency printing press's will not make this debt payable, only devalue the dollars worth even more. So now the general public gets to pay 20 to 25% more for their normal goods plus pay higher taxes because this debt is not going to go away, it must be paid off. We all pay for the folly of this president.
We have an administration of fools who want to play social engineering games, except they are drowning us in debt.
Some areas of our country are finally waking up, New Jersey kicked out their democrat governor, they have had enough debt and tax burden with high unemployment rates. No end in sight.
Virginia or W. Virginia likewise is making changes at the poll, throwing out the liberals for conservative leadership. People that are and will be responsible in fiscal responsibilities, thereby giving the people who live and work in their areas a more healthy atmosphere to work and play.

Joe Liberman is a bit of a show boat but he is resisting the foolishness of Obama,Polosi and Reid in their attempt to cram something down the majority of this countries throat WE DO NOT WANT.

And won't it be nice when a doctor request approval for treatment from the 9 person government appointed panel and it takes them 6 months to figure out if the treatment is covered. Will it be too late? I guess time will tell.

You mean like those insurance company "appeals" boards with the big red "denied" stamp who string out your appeals until you die?

If isreal and britain can have a national health plan, so can we! We pay for both these countries plans oneway or another. We help pay for their defense, their economies and their wars! It's ashame we can't help our citizens stay alive because of some jew that thinks we owe something to isreal. Get this SOB out of office!
