Remember the Mental Health Industry in the 1980's (Bush Sr.) presidency..look what it has turned into with the mind drugging of children and adults with bogus diseases and now they want control of the judiciary with their own Mental Health Court.

Mental Health Disability represents 70 percent of the federal payouts that is wrecking havoc on our healthcare. The veterans is 80 percent disability.

Mental Health Courts State Links

http://www.ncsconline.org/WC/CourTopics/state...

Corruption of the Judiciary Mental Health rest in the Judge violating civil rights (Self incrimination issues in ordering Mental Health Evaluation for the court)

There may also be civil right violations (1st amendment) Free Speech or lack thereof in speaking with a mental health counsel against the free will of the individual.(especially if mind drugged)

The rights to privacy seem to be overlooked.

Republican ALEC

The ALEC Cabal: How Influence Peddlers Undermine Democracy

As the eyes of the nation are focused on lawmakers in Washington this week, hundreds of right-wing state legislators are quietly meeting with corporate lobbyists behind closed doors in a New Orleans hotel to draft far-reaching legislation. The secret meetings, underwritten by powerful special interests – including the insurance and banking industries, big oil and the pharmaceutical giants – are part of an on-going effort to subvert the public interest by an industry backed-group shamelessly called the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). This hidden collusion between well-financed lobbyists and elected legislators undermines the basic American values of public debate and full-disclosure that Americans rightly expect when our laws are made.
Through ALEC, big corporations lay out more than $6 million a year to wine and dine state legislators, and pay for expensive vacations and junkets, while at the same time drafting corporate-friendly legislation that the politicians then push when they return to their statehouses. This covert coalition of state legislators and Wall Street moneymen has been surreptitiously working out of the view of Main Street Americans to dismantle health, safety and environmental regulations, privatize vital public services, restrict the ability of working men and women to make a fair wage, and reduce the ability of seniors, students, minorities and the poor to vote. All done behind closed doors without the press or public seeing whose palm is greased.
More than 2,000 state legislators are in on the game. Over the years, with corporate backing in their campaigns, they often go for higher office, like former ALEC members Speaker of the House John Boehner and House Majority Leader Eric Cantor. More than 70 members of Congress and governors have attended the closed-to-the public get-togethers where corporate CEOs lay out the agenda for the year ahead. It is no coincidence that Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin and Gov. John Kasich of Ohio made attacks on the middle class and collective bargaining rights their top priorities, rather than find real solutions and focus on job creation, when they took power earlier this year. They are both ALEC alumni.
A report last year by the American Association for Justice describes how ALEC advances the interests of powerful corporations against working families across the country.“ALEC’s campaigns and model legislation have run the gamut of issues,” they concluded,“but all have either protected or promoted a corporate revenue stream, often at the expense of consumers.” ALEC has worked on behalf of Telecom firms to block low-cost municipally-owned broadband. They’ve pushed bills, backed by the big banks, to force seniors to take out reverse mortgages before they can receive Medicaid. They’ve restricted the ability of states to require insurers to meet strengthened accounting and auditing rules. Tobacco companies draft laws to limit lawsuits targeting their deadly products, while the private prison industry uses their clout in ALEC to push state laws – like Arizona’s anti-immigration legislation – to provide a steady stream of undocumented workers that they can jail in their privatized prisons.
The Wall Street barons take a tax deduction for the money they contribute to their secret cabal. Publicly traded companies such as tobacco giant Altria, and well-known corporations such as AT&T, Boeing, ExxonMobil and Coca-Cola are all contributing big bucks, irresponsibly using shareholder funds to undermine the legislative process. They cynically form committees to write “model laws” hand-in-hand with compliant legislators, all while enjoying golf outings and lavish dinners far from the view of the public and press.

It has to do with what could be called private concentration camps for the illegals and behind the scene is the private prisons with in the USA. The making of a police state.
As with any capitalist corporation they need to make money and new laws would erode the freedoms we have in the country. The more persons arrested the more money they make.

Prison Economics Help Drive Ariz. Immigration Law
Pasted from < http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php... ;
Last year, two men showed up in Benson, Ariz., a small desert town 60 miles from the Mexico border, offering a deal.
Glenn Nichols, the Benson city manager, remembers the pitch.
"The gentleman that's the main thrust of this thing has a huge turquoise ring on his finger," Nichols said. "He's a great big huge guy and I equated him to a car salesman."
What he was selling was a prison for women and children who were illegal immigrants.
"They talk [about] how positive this was going to be for the community," Nichols said, "the amount of money that we would realize from each prisoner on a daily rate."
But Nichols wasn't buying. He asked them how would they possibly keep a prison full for years — decades even — with illegal immigrants?
"They talked like they didn't have any doubt they could fill it," Nichols said.
That's because prison companies like this one had a plan — a new business model to lock up illegal immigrants. And the plan became Arizona's immigration law.
Behind-The-Scenes Effort To Draft, Pass The Law
The law is being challenged in the courts. But if it's upheld, it requires police to lock up anyone they stop who cannot show proof they entered the country legally.
Get rid of the Republicans.

The ALEC Private Prison System is included with the Puppet Scott legislation in Florida.

Here is another ALEC member.

Minnesota ALEC member Rep. Steve Drazkowski

Article: Exposing ALEC – Their Board & Getting Rid of ALEC Members

Pasted from < http://www.dailykos.com/story/2011/07/08/9923... ;

Snip:

Drazkowski has introduced the ALEC Repeal Act that allows for the repeal of any federal regulation (EPA, EEOC, NLRB, FTC, and OSHA) by a vote of 2/3rds of the state legislatures – do you want to live in a state where you have no OSHA, NRLB or EPA protection?

He also co-authored a bill that would require the commissioner of administration to issue a request for proposals for privately run operation of correctional facilities for state inmates, which is strongly recommended by ALEC and their corporate sector members. This change would not only result in loss of government jobs but would have an affect on the availability of private sector jobs as well. It has been proven in other states that privately run prisons, use prisoners to do work for corporations, jobs you or your kids or your neighbor are currently doing, while laying off Minnesotans who previously held those jobs. AND it has been shown time and again that private run prisons save no money for taxpayers, are run less efficiently, use less experienced and trained personnel and pay them less.

Minnesota ALEC member Rep. Steve Drazkowski believes in the ALEC belief of deregulation and privatization of government services.

ALEC Education. Get educated.

Don't forget that there is a local school tax that is included with your property tax. When the Republican investors want more money for the private school they just have to go before a local board of Republicans supervisors in your community. Koch Brothers and ALEC don't beleive in homeownership.

Illegal Aliens Receive Billions in IRS Tax Benefits
Friday, 23 Sep 2011 05:17 PM

By James Walsh

On July 7, 2011, the U.S. Department of Treasury's inspector general for tax
administration issued a startling report entitled "Individuals Who Are Not
Authorized to Work in the United States Were Paid $4.2 Billion in Refundable
Credits."

No wonder the nation's finances are in turmoil.

According to the Treasury report, foreign nationals not authorized to work
in the United States and ineligible for a Social Security Number (SSN) are
nevertheless receiving government help from the Internal Revenue Service
(IRS). The IRS currently issues undocumented aliens an Individual Taxpayer
Identification Number (ITIN) to facilitate their filing of tax returns.

Many illegal workers are paid in cash "under the table" and thus file no tax
forms at all; but a number of undocumented workers, according to the
Treasury report, are receiving public benefits contrary to federal and state
laws.

For example, the Child Tax Credit (CTC) and the Additional Child Tax Credit
(ACTC) allow payment of federal funds as tax benefits to undocumented
aliens. Add to these the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), and the result is
tax refunds that provide incentives for foreign nationals to enter, reside,
and work in the United States without authorization and in violation of
current U.S. immigration law.

The CTC, ACTC, and EITC have come under review because of the significant
volume of Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) returns filing
for these credits using fraudulent data, such as names and SSNs.

The Treasury report notes that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of
2009 (ARRA) temporarily increased ACTC eligibility by changing the income
threshold for calculating the credits in 2009 and 2010. The result was that
in 2010, undocumented alien (ITIN) filers were able to claim higher tax
refunds that totaled $4.2 billion. They represent an increase from $924
million in 2005.

******It is clear that unauthorized aliens are filing ITIN tax returns with
fraudulent data. The Treasury report found that "One common type of
fraudulent refund involves taxpayers fabricating a Wage and Tax Statement
(Form W-2) that shows excess withholding and results in a tax refund."******

Stand With Arizona

The Obama Administration today announced a virtual amnesty-by-decree for
hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens, whose deportations will be
"indefinitely delayed". In addition, Obama finally announced a jobs
program - but for ILLEGAL ALIENS, not citizens - as those 300,000 illegals
will also become eligible for "work permits".

This action represents an administrative end-run around Congress, which
twice rejected the 'DREAM Act' in 2010. As disgraceful as is this usurpation
of Congressional authority, this announcement is even worse than is being
reported.

Our analysis reveals that - despite media focus of this action limited to
so-called "Dreamer" illegal students, this new policy, coupled with the
criteria established by the June 2011 "Morton Memos" which set up a joint
"DHS and DOJ working group" could expand this "indefinite delay" of
deportation to potentially MILLIONS of illegals - creating a new, massive
amnesty entirely by fiat, bypassing Congress.

Napolitano Doesn't Intend to Secure a Single Additional Mile of U.S.
Border-This Year or Next

Tuesday, February 15, 2011

( CNSNews.com )- Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano released a
budget document on Monday that indicates that the Department of Homeland
Security does not intend to put a single additional mile of the U.S. border
under "effective control" in either fiscal year 2011 or 2012.

According to Napolitano's budget plan, the Border Patrol had 1,007 miles of
the U.S. border under "effective control" at the end of fiscal year 2010,
and DHS aims to stick with exactly that number through this year and next.
