.....and treatment. The mother could have killed this child by fleeing the courts order to Mexico. I would give her some sort of jailtime(weekend in jail) and a fine. I would also put her and the father, if he had anything to do with it, on probation until the child is at least 18.
Have you all wondered why the dad didn't flee the courts orders? Because he would be in prison for 5 years.....thats why.
