can anyone please help im self concise about the butterfly i have tryed all sorts of foundation with no success

I don't know if you are going to read this since your post was a year ago lol, but what has worked great for me is Physician's Formula Cosmetics green/Light (don't know if there are darker foundation combos). The green hides the redness VERY well..it is all I use - under my regular powder foundation (bare minerals)
